PURPOSE: Provided are a two-pack type acryl adhesive which employs a base and a curing agent in a ratio of 1:1 by volume whose viscosities are similar each other to allow them to be mixed easily without repulsion, can be cured rapidly at a room temperature within a short time and is improved in flexural adhesive strength, and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The two-pack type acryl adhesive comprises a base which comprises 60-90 wt% of an acryl resin, 2.0-10 wt% of a crosslinking agent, 0.1-3.0 wt% of an accelerator and 7.9-10.0 wt% of an inorganic filler; and a curing agent which comprises 40-70 wt% of a high viscosity acryl resin, 10-30 wt% of a plasticizer, 0.5-5.0 wt% of a polymerization initiator, and 14.5-24.3 wt% of an inorganic filler, in a ratio of 1:1 by volume. Preferably the acryl resin contains 25-45 wt% of a solid content and has a viscosity of 50-250 P at 23 deg.C; and the high viscosity acryl resin is obtained by dissolving poly(methyl methacrylate) in methyl methacrylate, contains 30-50 wt% of a solid content and has a viscosity of 100-400 P at 23 deg.C.
