DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY REMOVING SEWAGE BY COLLECTING FOREIGN MATTERS IN FLOWING WATER THROUGH AGRICULTURAL CHANNEL WITHOUT APPLYING EXTERNAL POWER

PURPOSE: An automatic sewage removing device for a water channel without power is provided to eliminate pollutant from the water channel automatically by generating power in flowing water through the channel and driving the rake chain with the power. CONSTITUTION: An automatic sewage removing device for a channel is composed of a sewage removing unit(10) collecting and lifting up foreign matters in flowing water though the channel, a chute unit(20) guiding foreign matters from the sewage removing unit out of the channel, a driving unit(30) actuating the sewage removing unit by generating power with water flowing through the channel, and an inverting gate(40) permitting flow of water by inverting for a water turbine(31) in flowing water over the reference value. The water turbine is rotated by flowing water through the channel, and rotational force of the water turbine is transmitted through a decelerator(34) and first and second connecting chains(37,38) to a driven sprocket(16) coupled to a chain(14) of the sewage removing unit. Foreign matters are automatically removed from the water channel by actuating the chain with the rake in flowing water through the channel. The water turbine stops by closing the water channel with the inverting gate in case of the water level of the channel to be less than the reference value.
