The device has a fixation pin (4) and a rigid attachment (5), both integrated to an internal frame (1) of a cushion, where the attachment is placed opposite to the pin. The pin is introduced with the attachment into an opening of a motor vehicle structure such that the ends of the opening produces elastic deformation of a lower branch till a part forming flange engages under the ends to block pin and attachment in the opening.
