PURPOSE: A synthetic resin pipe coupler and a coupling device are provided to combine and connect the synthetic resin pipes easily, and to prevent leakage of the connecting portion by pushing both sides of the coupler simply with an assembling unit and an assembling hole and a molten mesh, rubber or hot melt adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin pipe coupler is composed of connecting bodies(2) divided into two semicircular parts and composed of grooves(3), sills(4) and assembling holes(6), an assembling unit(A) combining both sides at the assembling holes of the connecting bodies, a push unit(B) connecting a push ring(21) placed in push ring grooves formed in the grooves to a push plate(22) and combining the connecting bodies by pressing at both sides, and molten meshes(9) arranged and molten in the connecting bodies. The synthetic resin pipes are connected to each other by using the push unit.
