<p>A bake-off oven (1) comprising a bake-off compartment (4) for baking off foods, and a heat source (5) for heating the bake-off compartment (4). Further, the bake-off oven (1) comprises an inlet and an outlet (17), while between the inlet and the outlet a continuously driveable conveyor belt (11) is provided which extends through the bake-off compartment (4) for transporting foods in a transport direction (T) from the inlet to the outlet. The inlet comprises a storage holder (6) whose bottom side is formed, at least partly, by an intermittently drivable shaker plate (8).</p> |
