MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STEEL PLATE PRODUCING 3 DIMENSIONAL IMAGE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a steel plate producing a 3 dimensional image is provided to maximize an aesthetic appreciation or a decorative effect by producing a 3 dimensional image permanently. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a steel plate producing a 3 dimensional image comprises the steps of: applying a UV viscous liquid(2) on a surface of a PET film(1) and passing an embossing roller(3) thereon while projecting an ultra-violet lamp(4) at condition of 70 to 80 deg.C to form a lenticular sheet(5); gravure color printing(6) on a backside thereof, applying an adhesive(7) and attaching a PVC sheet(8); applying an adhesive(9) to a backside thereof and attaching it to a surface of the steel plate(10) to produce a complete product(11).
