<p>Title cpds. of general formula: (where R is H or lower alkyl and X is a valency bond or a satd. or unsatd. 1-3C alkyl, or oxy- or thia-methylene) are prepd. by reaction of an amine HNR1R11 (where R1 and R11 are two of the gps. R, -CH2C triple bond CH and with a reactive ester R3Y (where H3 is the third of the above gps. and Y is pref. Cl or Br, but also tosylate or mesylate) in a solvent in the presence of an acid-binding agent e.g. NEt3, pyridine, diMe-aniline, Ba(OH)2, Na2CO3 or K2CO3.</p> |
