A package module includes a module case 4 and adapter case attached to the module case 4. The module case 4 accommodates a circuit board, and the adapter is used for connecting an external connector. An adapter case 11 constituting the adapter has sides with no opening. An opening at an end of the adapter case 11 functions as an entry to receive the external connector. The other opening at the other end functions as a connection hole 11c to be attached to the module case 4. A fit-receiving portion 15 is mounted on the upper wall adjacent to the connection hole of the adapter case 11 in such a way that a fit-receiving opening faces down. A fit projection 17 is mounted on the module case 4. An arm 12 mounted on the module case 4 is inserted into the adapter case 11 through the connection opening 11c of the adapter case 11, and the fit projection 17 is opposed to the fit-receiving opening of the fit-receiving portion 15. The module case 4 is then moved upward relative to the adapter case 11, and the fit projection 17 is fit into the fit-receiving portion 15. Therefore, the module case 4 and the adapter case 11 are connected together. |
