The present invention relates to compounds of formulas 1 and 2wherein R<1>, R<2>, R<4>, R<5>, R<6>, R<7>, R<8>, R<10 >and Z are as defined herein. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the above compounds and to methods of treating hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancer, in a mammal by administering the above compounds.
