PURPOSE: A cooling device of a disk brake using a thermoelectric module is provided to effectively absorb thermal energy produced from a disk by operating the thermoelectric module mounted to a brake pad according to the temperature of the disk and cooling the heated brake pad. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device of a disk brake using a thermoelectric module(600) includes an inner pad plate(300) and an outer pad plate(400) each having a brake pad; a disk(500) a part of which is inserted between the brake pads with a predetermined gap; and a finger part(130) formed to the other side of a caliper housing(100) to cover the other side of the outer pad plate. The cooling device of a disk brake includes the thermoelectric module installed to the inside of the finger part to be attached to the outer pad plate; a thermoelectric module drive part driving the thermoelectric module; a temperature-sensing part installed to the inside of the caliper housing to sense the temperature of the disk; and a control part controlling the working of the thermoelectric module drive part according to the compared result of a sensed temperature value provided from the temperature-sensing part and a preset reference temperature value. The thermoelectric module receives external electric energy and cools the brake pad heated by a thermoelectric effect.
