PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming spacers of a liquid crystal display panel, and a method therefor are provided to control a position of securing spacers on a TFT panel, thereby preventing the spacers from interfering alignment of liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: An injection nozzle(60) injects a solution mixed with spacers. A first power supply source(65) electrifies the solution so that particles of the injected solution have mutual electric repulsive power. A second power supply source(70) applies a voltage having the polarity opposite to the polarity of the spacers to a specific position so that the injected spacers are arranged at the specific position on a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate(50).
