PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel is provided to prevent static electricity from being transmitted to a display area even if static electricity is excessively flowed into a thin film transistor display panel, thereby minimizing inferiority due to static electricity. CONSTITUTION: A display area(A) includes a plurality of gate lines(G1-Gn), a plurality of data lines(D1-Dm), a plurality of thin film transistors connected with the gate lines and the data lines, a plurality of pixel electrodes connected with the thin film transistors, and a plurality of storage electrode lines(S1-Sl) overlapped with the pixel electrodes. A peripheral display(B) is located outside the display area, and includes repairing lines(61,62) overlapped with the gate lines and the data lines and formed at a circumference of the display area, a dummy data line(Dd) crossing the gate lines in parallel with the data lines, and an electrostatic discharge protection circuit(40) connected with the dummy data line. The electrostatic discharge protection circuit includes signal lines(172) for electric discharge connected with the dummy data line, and connected or overlapped with the repairing lines.
