PURPOSE: A self-moving cofferdam watertight device and a cofferdam method of an underground structure are provided to keep installation and watertight states firm by supporting the cofferdam watertight device with a jack, a support bar, and a support jack. CONSTITUTION: In a tube(21) expanded by the air or water, formed at the edge of a watertight panel(20), and installed in an underground structure(27) as a cofferdam, a self-moving cofferdam watertight device(10) is composed of a plate(11) mounted with wheels(12); rails(14) disposed at the plate to move and guide a guide(16); a movable lever(13) installed movably to the plate; and a jack(19) of which one end is combined at the watertight panel and joined with the guide. The end of the movable lever is connected to the watertight panel. A piston(19a) is projected or inserted into the jack by the hydraulic pressure or air pressure.
