PURPOSE: A disc cartridge is provided to form a wide aperture so that it regenerates or records data on an optical disc via both the optical pickup and the swing arm though a size of the cartridge is not large. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a lower case(223), an upper case(222), a multiple shutter(230), and a locking member(240). The lower case(223) forms a space for loading an optical case. The upper case(222), combined with the lower case(223), has an aperture for making an optical regenerator or recorder access the optical disc. The multiple shutter(230), installed at the lower case(223), exposes an aperture while shutters(231,232) are being overlapped. The locking member(240), also installed at the lower case(232), locks the multiple shutter(230).
