PURPOSE: A vertically separated heating cabinet is provided to set the table conveniently by separating the upper body from the lower supporting plate simply, and to keep food warm by covering the lower supporting plate with the upper body. CONSTITUTION: A heating cabinet for keeping food warm is composed of a heat generator, a control unit(6), a temperature sensor and a microcomputer. The heating cabinet is divided into a lower supporting plate(1) on which contents(7) are placed directly and an upper body(2) covering the contents on the lower supporting plate to preserve food at constant temperature. A heater and an on/off switch are installed in the lower supporting plate to heat contents on the lower supporting plate. A transparent window(4) is formed in the upper part or at the side of the upper body to check contents. The upper body is combined with the lower supporting plate by an attaching unit(3), and a handle(5) is installed to the upper body. |
