PURPOSE: A device for preventing light from being dimmed out in operating a motor of a cooling fan or an air conditioner fan is provided to restrict fluctuation of voltage in operating the fan motor early, and to prevent light reduction of the head lamp by dropping voltage with a resistor installed in the front or the rear part of the relay contact switch. CONSTITUTION: A relay(RLY) is controlled by an electronic control unit(ECU), and the end of a contact switch(S) of the relay is connected to a positive terminal of a battery(B+) through a fuse(F). The other end of the contact switch is contacted to a fan motor(M) in a motor driving device of a cooling fan or an air conditioner fan. An early voltage drop resistor(R) is additionally installed in the front end or the rear end of the contact switch of the relay to decrease voltage of the battery at the initial stage. Voltage is applied from the battery to the resistor through the fuse and the contact switch of the relay in operating the cooling or air conditioner switch, and dropped partially and supplied to the fan motor.
