PURPOSE: A method of preparing rice containing an herbal component of Cnidii Rhizoma by soaking rice in a Cnidii Rhizoma extract and drying is provided. The product has an antispasmodic and anxiolytic action while preventing hypertension and exerting a tonic effect. CONSTITUTION: Rice is washed with clean water three times or more and dehydrated. The dehydrated rice is soaked in a Cnidii Rhizoma extract, dehydrated and dried. The soaking and drying process is repeated 2 times to give the tilted rice. For an example, 40g Cnidii Rhizoma is extracted with 5L water at 100deg.C for 4hr to give 3,500cc Cnidii Rhizoma extract, which is added with 2L water and extracted to give 700cc Cnidii Rhizoma extract. Then, 800g rice is soaked in 320g Cnidii Rhizoma extract for 12hr and dried at 60deg.C. The soaking and drying process is repeated 2 times.
