PURPOSE: An attachment structure of a strap-mounting member, and a portable equipment case are provided to conveniently attach a strap-mounting member to a portable equipment case, and to reduce the number of necessary assembly processes. CONSTITUTION: The attachment structure of a strap-mounting member is to attach the strap-mounting member to a portable equipment case. The attachment structure includes a couple of cases(2,3), which are put together to form a portable equipment case. One of the cases(2,3) has an insertion hole(8), through which the strap-mounting member(5) is inserted and passes. An insertion member(11) is installed inside the other case(2,3) to fix the strap-mounting member(5) which is inserted and penetrates through the insertion hole(8) when a couple of cases are put together.
