PURPOSE: A finish installation method and a structure for a floor border part of a building are provided to cover completely the border part by assembling and mounting plural floor boards on support bars. CONSTITUTION: A finish installation method of a floor border part(B) for a building is composed of steps for arranging and installing support plates(1) on the floor surface of the building at the predetermined intervals; laying and mounting a plurality of standardized floor boards(2) on the support plate; disposing the support plate with support bars(3) that are horizontally installed at the border part generated between a wall(Q) and the floor board and a boundary line(R) of the border part on the floor of the building; and assembling and mounting plural floor boards vertically on the support bars. The standardized floor board passes through the support bar installed at the support plate.
