PURPOSE: A compressor with a noise reducing apparatus is provided to reduce noise efficiently by charging oil between the double walls of the casing with simple structure and insulating high frequency noise from the lower cap. CONSTITUTION: A Z-compressor with a noise reducing apparatus is composed of an electric motor unit(60) having a stator(62) and a rotor(63) and generating rotational force in the upper part of a casing(50), a compressor unit(70) placed in the lower part of the casing to suck, compress and discharge fluid according to rotational force from the electric motor unit. The compressor unit comprises a cylinder assembly(71) composed of a cylinder(72) and first and second bearing plates(73,74) and fixed in the casing with the suction passage and the discharge passage, a Z-plate(75) dividing the cylinder assembly into plural compression spaces and compressing and discharging liquid by rotating, and vanes(78,79) contacted to both sides of the Z-plate and reciprocated to divide the compression space into the suction region and the compression region.
