PURPOSE: A ventilating unit is provided to repair and replace the parts of the ventilating unit conveniently by assembling and disassembling the parts easily. CONSTITUTION: A ventilating unit is composed of a main housing(110) extended and opened at both ends in the empty tube type, a first side plate(131) detachably combined with the opening end of the main housing and composed of an external air inlet and an internal air outlet, a second side plate(136) detachably combined with the other end of the main housing and composed of an internal air inlet and an external air outlet, a heat exchange member(142) moved into and out of the main housing to divide the main housing into the left side and the right side and contacted to the upper part and the lower part of the main housing, a first partition plate(151) sliding in the main housing and dividing the right side into the upper and lower parts with a first communication hole, a second partition plate(156) dividing the left side into the upper and lower parts and having a second communication hole, an internal air discharge fan(161) combined with the first partition plate to discharge indoor air from the internal air inlet to the first passage, and an external air inflow fan(166) combined with the second partition plate to discharge outdoor air from the external air inlet through the second passage.
