PURPOSE: A charge pump circuit provided with a selection mode is provided to obtain the desired output voltage rapidly by further including the selection unit capable of applying the external high voltage to the charge pumping unit in place of the power voltage. CONSTITUTION: A charge pump circuit provided with a selection mode includes a charge pumping unit(100) and a voltage supplying circuit(110). The charge pumping unit is provided with at least one charge pump terminal. The voltage supplying circuit supplies the precharge voltage capable of varying in response to the operational mode to the charge pumping unit. The voltage supplying circuit supplies the power voltage as a precharge voltage during a normal operational mode. And, the voltage supplying circuit supplies a high voltage higher than the power voltage as a precharge voltage during a test operational mode.
