发明名称 METHOD FOR TESTING SUB-SYSTEM OF SCCP PROTOCOL, PARTICULARLY FOR CHECKING A SUB-SYSTEM STATE OF A REMOTE STATION MANAGED BY A HOST STATION AND A SUB-SYSTEM STATE OF THE HOST STATION MANAGED BY THE REMOTE STATE TO DETERMINE WHETHER TO TRANSMIT A SIGNAL MESSAGE TO THE REMOTE STATION
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for testing a sub-system of an SCCP(Signaling Connection Control Part) protocol is provided to prevent occurrence of a call setup failure due to state inconsistency of sub-systems or inter-node trunk link resource inconsistency in advance. CONSTITUTION: An SCCP receives an MTP RESUME primitive, stores an identifier of a remote station(Node B), and transmits an SST(Subsystem Status Test) message to the remote station(S401,S402). A timer is driven(S403) and it is checked whether an SSA(Subsystem Status test Acknowledge) message is received from the remote station(S404). If the SSA message is not received until after the timer is terminated, a specific subsystem registration state is maintained as a non-available state(S405). If the SSA message is received before the timer is terminated, the timer is discarded(S406) and the specific subsystem registration state of the remote station is updated to an available state(S407). In order to check a registration state of the specific subsystem of a host station(Node A) managed by the remote station, an identifier of the host station is stored and an SST message is transmitted to the remote station(S408). A timer is driven(S409). If an SSA message is not received until after the timer is terminated, the SST message is re-transmitted until the SSA message is received(S410). When the SSA message is received before the timer is terminated, the timer is discarded(S411) and the registration state of the specific subsystem of the host station managed by the remote station is updated to an available state(S412).
