PURPOSE: A moisture removing device of a direct cooling refrigerator is provided to keep food fresh in the refrigerator by evaporating moisture from the inner storage chamber of the refrigerator with the thermoelectric module and by maintaining even distribution of temperature of the inner storage chamber. CONSTITUTION: A direct cooling refrigerator is divided into a storage chamber(3) and a machine room(4) to store food in the storage chamber at regular temperature by an evaporator(5). A moisture removing device comprises a drain guide groove inducing water collected in the lower part of the storage chamber, a drain hole formed in the drain guide groove, a drain hose(10) connected to the drain hole to guide moisture to the machine room in the lower part of the storage chamber, a water pan(12) installed in the end of the drain hose to temporarily store moisture from the hose, and a thermoelectric module(13) contacted to the bottom of the water pan. Moisture stored in the water pan is evaporated by the thermoelectric module.
