SPARE TIRE FASTENING DEVICE INCLUDING A VEHICLE BODY PANEL, A BRACKET, A CLAMP, A COVER, AND A CENTRAL PAD

PURPOSE: A spare tire fastening device is provided to prevent movement of a cover in keeping goods and to improve removal/mounting performance of a spare tire. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire fastening device includes a vehicle body panel(53) in which a spare tire is received; a bracket fixed to the vehicle body panel; a clamp combined to the bracket to press and support a wheel of the spare tire; and a cover(80) covering the vehicle body panel. A central pad(77) is installed to the upper part of the clamp. A space member(25) is installed between the clamp and the central pad. A slot is bored in the bracket. The clamp comprises a rod; a push plate(5) fixed to the upper side of the rod; a fitting piece(7) fitted to the rear of the bracket in a state of being fixed to the lower side of the rod; a pressing plate(9) movably arranged to the rod between the push plate and the fitting piece; and a spring arranged between the push plate and the pressing plate. An elasticity adjustment member adjusting the elasticity of the spring is installed to the rear of the bracket.
