GAS BURNER USED IN KITCHEN OR FOOD PROCESSING ESTABLISHMENTS BY PRECISELY MIXING SUCTION AIR AND GAS FUEL

PURPOSE: A gas burner for food processing establishments or a kitchen is provided to restrict noise in burning by modifying the structure of a burner unit and a mixer, and to increase combustion efficiency by supplying low pressure gas fuel actively. CONSTITUTION: A gas burner is composed of a blower(3) installed at the side of a supply pipe(6) connected to a burner part(2) with a flame part, a gas pipe(5), a proportional gas and air control valve(8), an air hose(7), a mixer connected to the gas pipe and the blower, and a controller(100) controlling the mixture ratio of gas and air. The wind screen is installed in the upper part of the flame part of the burner part, and a burner case is composed of a curved part at the side wall. A blower connecting unit is formed in the end of a body with a hollow, and a supply pipe connecting unit is formed in the end of the mixer. A gas pipe connecting unit is formed in the mixer, and a bore contraction unit is installed in the hollow to increase the flow rate of air and pressure of air.
