摘要 PURPOSE: A 2X over-sampling clock/data recovery circuit for recovering data/clock by over-sampling input data with a phase picking method is provided to easily detect data transition with the 2X over-sampling, completely recover the data in case of a data input jitter generated during fast data transfer, and reduce power consumption and a chip area by recovering the data with the 2X over-sampling. CONSTITUTION: A transition detector(30) outputs transition area information by detecting the transition area of the differential input data with an output signal of a 2X over-sampler(20). A data picker(40) picks up the output of the 2X over-sampler corresponding to one of tow sample points as the data to be recovered depending on the transition area information. A clock generator(50) generates/outputs the second clock signal corresponding to a data rate of the differential input data by using the output signal of the data picker and the first clock signal.
