METHOD FOR LOADING APPLICATION OR DATA TO ICC OF CLIENT CARD

PURPOSE: A method for loading an application to an ICC(IC Chip) of a client card is provided to automatically load the application to the ICC after a predetermined time in case that a storing capacity of an IC card is short, performance of a terminal to load the application is low, or a client wants to load the application after a period. CONSTITUTION: A server loading the application to the ICC of the client judges that the IC card is able to load the application. In the case that the application is not loaded or the client wants to load the application after the period, the server provides the IC card with a code corresponding to the application. The server stores the code to a storage by linking the code with the corresponding application(200). When the IC card is used, the code is transmitted to the server through a card terminal. The application is loaded to the IC card by making the server transmit the application extracted from the storage to the card terminal(250).
