PURPOSE: To provide a process for incinerating waste, which uses a waste vessel as a place for incinerating the waste and supplies heat generated by incinerating the waste to a farm. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: (a) installing a dock for gathering and crushing waste having a first crusher at a lower side of a bay in a waste vessel; (b) forming a waste drying first dock, a waste drying second dock, a waste drying third dock, and a waste drying fourth dock respectively at a first bay, a second bay, a third bay, and a fourth bay; (c) forming a drying dock bottom pipe respectively at a bottom part of the drying dock of each bay; (d) installing a screw conveyor between a motor-operating part installed at each dock inlet bottom of each waste drying docks and screw conveyor fixing stand installed at a lower end of the bay located at the dock exit side; (e) installing an inhalation fan on top of each dock for gathering and crushing waste and the waste drying docks; (f) installing an incineration furnace at the lower part of the screw conveyor of the waster drying fourth dock; (g) forming a waste oil spraying line from a hopper of the incineration furnace to a second crusher and laying a pipe from an outline of the inhalation fan to a combustion furnace; (h) forming a smoke purification system at a discharge part of the combustion furnace; (i) discharging superheat stored in a regeneration tank through a superheat air supply line to an evaporation dock, a heat-insulator of a coastal farm, a cooking and heating device and drying dock bottom pipes; and (j) after desalinating seawater at the evaporation dock, collecting the evaporated steam at the upper layer portion and filtering the steam through a charcoal and quartz porphyry filter layer. |
