A COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR TRIBOTECHNICAL COATINGS

A composite material for making tribotechnical coatings containing polymer matrix û powdered product of cryogenic crushing thermomechanically integrated mixture of polyamide 6 and polyethylene at a ratio of 10:(1-0.1), and carbon filling material - amixture of carbonic components of graphitic and diamond-like modifications and graphitized carbon fiber at a ratio of (1:1:20) û (1:1:40). At that the content of carbonic filling material is of 0.11-10.5 % by weight. The material can be used in machine building for making tribotechnical coatings in friction units being operated either with lubricant and without lubricant.
