Invention relates to the shipbuilding, in particular, to the technology of assembly of ship hulls of light alloys. The method of hull assembly of light alloys consists in preliminary assembly and welding of separate blocks of hull with subsequent assembling and welding of these blocks of the hull as a whole. At hull assembly and welding the hull units the parts, assemblies and sections are used of increased overall dimensions in comparison with their theoretical sizes for the amount of expected linear welding deformation. At assembly and welding of hull units and of the hull as a whole the preliminary turning of some sections of units and hull areas is used, accordingly, for an angle equal in value, but with opposite sign of expected angular elastic welding deformation of the hull. In this case, the slip-bed in the form of rigid steel three-dimensional structure is used, on which transverse and longitudinal steel patterns are rigidly fixed. Slip-bed is divided along the hull length into two or more separate sections with their hinged interconnection. The actual linear dimensions of the working edges of the patterns of each section of slip-bed and distance between them are increased for the amount of expected linear welding deformation of the hull. The working edges of the transverse patterns of each section of slip-bed in the onboard sections are executed with a turning with respect to appropriate areas of theoretical frames for an angle equal in value, but with opposite sign to the angle of the expected angular elastic welding deformation of the hull. Technical result consists in obtaining of hull of ship from light alloys after its assembly and welding with overall dimensions and the form more accurately corresponding to its theoretical drawing, and also in reduction of the values of residual internal stresses appearing in the links of the hull under thermal action on them during welding.
