PURPOSE: An asphalt concrete distributing device of an asphalt finisher is provided to improve working efficiency and to prevent diffusion of asphalt concrete beyond the pavement by transferring asphalt concrete from the hopper in the front of the asphalt finisher to the rear part of the asphalt finisher with a screw. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt concrete distributing device of an asphalt finisher transfers asphalt concrete from a hopper(10) in the front of the asphalt finisher to the rear part, and distributes asphalt concrete on the surface of the road. A circular groove(12) is formed in the bottom of the hopper, and a first screw(20) is inserted to the circular groove. A spiral transfer surface is formed in a longitudinal cylindrical shaft of the first screw. The cylindrical shaft of the first screw is connected to a first driving source(21) by a power train unit(22) in the lower part of the hopper, and the other end of the first screw is extended to the spiral transfer surface of a second screw. A semi-cylindrical shutoff screen is installed in the lower part of the second screw, and the length of the shutoff screen is formed corresponding to the length of the second screw. |
