PURPOSE: A textiles used for manufacturing placard which is distinguishable at night is provided, in which the phosphorescent material coated on one side surface of the textiles. CONSTITUTION: A placard manufacturing textiles which is distinguishable at night includes a textiles(10) and a phosphorescent material(30). The phosphorescent material is coated on one side surface of the placard manufacturing textiles. The placard manufacturing textiles is characterized in that the phosphorescent material absorbs the light during the day and glows at night to allow the content of the placard to be distinguishable.
