PURPOSE: A gear shift lever device with a parking function in an automatic transmission-mounted commercial vehicle is provided to remove inconvenience resulting from a driving habit and to prevent a state in which the starting of an engine is impossible or a sudden reverse phenomenon resulting from the fixing of a neutral switch, by forming a P range to the commercial vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A gear shift lever device with a parking function in an automatic transmission-mounted commercial vehicle comprises a gear shift lever(1) moving along a shift operation state display part and executing shift; a shifting member(4); and a parking member(10). The shifting member comprises a first shift cable(5) combined via a connection member(3) combined to the lower part of the gear shift lever and connected to a transmission(T); a second shift cable(6) connected to the first shift cable via an adjuster(7) to adjust tension at the transmission part; and an operation link(8) fixed to the end of the second shift cable to execute shift. The shifting member changes a speed range when 1, 2, 4, 5, N, and R ranges of the gear shift lever are changed. The parking member comprises a pressure conversion unit(12) communicating with atmospheric pressure while moving according to the operation of the gear shift lever; a pressure supply unit(30) producing high working pressure by utilizing the engine power; a moving unit(14) moving by utilizing the difference between the atmospheric pressure and the working pressure; and a parking breaker(15) restricting an output shaft of the transmission by the movement of the moving unit. The parking member fixes the output shaft of the transmission when the P range of the gear shift lever is changed.
