An active-rotary harrow for shredding surface soil of agricultural lands contains a frame, at one end of which a cylindrical drum with two semi-axles, one of which functions as a driven shank, is arranged, on the body of the drum four rows of threaded sockets for demountable enameled shredding rods with locknuts are arranged, and opposite side of the frame is connected by brackets to a beam-post, a hydrocylinder and a drawbar. The cylindrical drum is driven by an engine. The process of shredding of the surface soil of agricultural lands is controlled by an operator of the tractor cab.
