HOT GAS HEATER SYSTEM FOR HEATING PASSENGER ROOM OF VEHICLE BY IMPROVING HEATING EFFICIENCY IN STARTING ENGINE EARLY WITH HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A hot gas heater system for a vehicle is provided to improve heating performance at the initial stage of starting in winter by increasing the enthalpy of refrigerant flowing into the evaporator and transmitting the large quantity of heat to air. CONSTITUTION: A heater system of a vehicle is composed of a refrigerant circulation passage passing a compressor(8), a condenser(5), a first expansion valve(1) and an evaporator(10), and a refrigerant branch passage diverging from the refrigerant circulation passage between the compressor and the condenser, returning to the refrigerant circulation passage between the evaporator and the first expansion valve and having a second expansion valve(2). The refrigerant branch passage and a cooling fluid circulation passage of an engine go by way of a double heat exchanger(3). The double heat exchanger is placed in the upper part of the second expansion valve.
