OUTPUT BUFFER CIRCUIT IMPROVING CURRENT DRIVING CAPABILITY

PURPOSE: An output buffer circuit is provided to improve the current driving capability by utilizing the parasitic diode in the pull-up transistor and the pull-down transistor. CONSTITUTION: An output buffer circuit includes a pull-up transistor(MP2) and a pull-down transistor(MN3). The pull-up transistor and the pull-down transistor are separated from the bulk. In the output buffer circuit, the voltage of the bulk of the pull-up transistor follows the voltage of the DQ output line when the pull-up transistor is turned on. And, voltage of the bulk of the pull-down transistor follows the voltage of the DQ output line when the pull-down transistor is turned on.
