PURPOSE: A road stud using a urethane rubber elastic body is provided to hold up-and-down motions of a lift pipe body by using elastic force of urethane rubber of which matter properties are not changed. CONSTITUTION: An outer cylinder(1) has a circular receiving hole(4). A lift pipe body(3) is composed of a reflecting display panel(5) for reflecting the light of vehicles; a fluid passage opened and closed by check valves(21,22) operated by the change of pressure in the outer cylinder, and connected with an air discharge hole(6) and an air suction hole; and sealing members(23) arranged on the outer peripheral surface to keep airtightness with an inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole. A stick-shaped urethane rubber elastic body(7) compressed as the lift pipe body falls down supports elastically the lift pipe body to return the lift pipe body, has a fluid passage(16) extended vertically to communicate with the fluid passage of the lift pipe body and connected with a horizontal water suction hole(12) at the lower side, and connects with the outer cylinder and the lift pipe body. A metal tube(11) is inserted into the water suction hole to prevent the water suction hole from deforming when the urethane rubber elastic body is compressed and strained by the drop of the lift pipe body.
