PURPOSE: A battery circuit breaker of a vehicle is provided to prevent discharge of the battery from dark current in neglecting the vehicle for a long time or turning on head lights or fog lamps at an engine stop for a long time by isolating the battery from the electric apparatuses with the battery-off mode. CONSTITUTION: A battery circuit breaker of a vehicle applies power from a battery(11) according to operation of an ignition switch(2). A battery-off range is added to the ignition switch, and connection of the battery with the entire electric apparatuses is cut off by a power shutoff circuit(10) according to the contact point of the battery-off range of the ignition switch. The power shutoff circuit comprises auxiliary power driving the power shutoff circuit and charging in traveling the vehicle, an off-switch added to the ignition switch to disconnect the battery from the electric apparatuses, a timer and a relay preventing discharge of the auxiliary power by restricting the operation range of the power shutoff circuit, a logic circuit supplying and shutting off base current of a transistor by the off switch, and the transistor turned on and off according to the signals from the logic circuit to supply power from the battery to the electric apparatuses.
