Production of high protein tuna cooking waste water based concentrate comprises evaporation and use of the condensate in pig and poultry feed

The production of high-protein tuna cooking waste water based concentrate consists of increasing the total protein content from 20g per litre to over 90 g/kg, with 80 per cent loss of volume through evaporation. The condensate is utilized as 2-3 per cent of pig and poultry feed.
