PURPOSE: A tool for simultaneously processing the bottom plane and the corner of the work piece and a machining process thereby are provided to reduce working hours, and to improve the roughness of the processed surface by shortening the process and adjusting the relative position of tools. CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool for processing the work piece in a machining center is composed of a tool containing block(10) having tool assembling grooves in first and second sides, a bottom plane processing tool(20) combined and inserted to the first side groove of the tool containing block, a bottom plane processing tool assembling unit fixing the tool, an adjusting unit(40) precisely adjusting the position of the bottom plane processing tool, a corner processing tool(30) combined and inserted to the second side groove of the tool containing block, a corner processing tool assembling unit fixing the corner processing tool, and an adjusting unit(50) accurately controlling the position of the corner processing tool.
