PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for preventing production of moss and algae in a final sedimentation basin and automatically cleaning a drain of the basin, thereby improving quality of decant water, preventing pollution of a river and lowering cleaning cost of the basin. CONSTITUTION: In a final sedimentation basin comprising a basin(1), a pillar(2) installed at the center of the basin(1), a water inlet pipe(3) penetrating and extending through the pillar(2), a weir(5) provided around the inner circumference of the basin(1), a plurality of hangers(6) radially arranged in the basin to extend from the pillar(2) to the weir(5), a plurality of inclined plates(7) combined at a lower end of the respective hangers(6), and a drain with a discharging plate at the bottom thereof, which is provided at a side of the basin(1), the apparatus comprises a plurality of antibacterial ceramic layers(100,110) coated on the surface of the weir(5), the inclined plates(7) and the discharging plate, a motor(200) installed on an upper end portion of the pillar(2) and having a rotating disc(210), a brush bar(200) coupled to one side of the rotating disc(210) at an end thereof, a brush(230) coupled to the other end of the brush bar(220) and having a water passage(240) at the center portion thereof, and a trickling nozzle(250) installed at the front end portion of the brush(240).
