PURPOSE: A movable roof carrier of a vehicle is provided to improve convenience, and to prevent damage of a vehicle body by loading and unloading luggage stably with separating the carrier from the vehicle and sliding the carrier on a roof rack. CONSTITUTION: A roof rack is installed symmetrically on a roof panel of a vehicle, and composed of front and rear fixing pieces(110,120) installed in upper and lower parts and fixed on the roof panel by bolts and vertical rods(130) connecting fixing pieces. An insertion groove is formed in the roof rack to install a carrier. The carrier has left and right guide bars(150,160) fitted to the insertion grooves of the roof rack, a storage part(180), and horizontal rods(170) supporting guide bars and having plural fixing holes(190). The luggage is loaded and unloaded conveniently by separating the carrier from the roof rack with sliding.
