PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and its driving apparatus and its driving method are provided to perform zero voltage switching without regard to parasitic component of an actual circuit. CONSTITUTION: The plasma display panel includes a panel having a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes and a panel capacitor formed by the first electrode and the second electrode. And a driver unit drives the first electrode and the second electrode. According to the driver unit, a sustain discharge unit(322) includes switches, and sustains a voltage of the first electrode or the second electrode to the first voltage or the second voltage. The first charge/discharge unit(324) changes the voltage of the first electrode. And the second charge/discharge unit(326) changes the voltage of the second electrode.
