PURPOSE: A structure of an air inlet part of a vehicle is provided to improve flowing of air and to prevent infiltration of water by changing shape of a plenum chamber. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a grill(51) installed on a cowl top cover on an upper end of a hood of a vehicle, and allowing air to flow in; a blower(52) installed on a location separated from the grill; a plenum chamber(53) installed on an outside of the blower to have fixed height so as to prevent infiltration of water into the blower; a flange(54) attached on an upper end of the plenum chamber, and formed to be round outward; and a guide(55) installed to a side of an end of the grill to cut off flowing of water drops flowing in through the grill. Water drops flowing in through the grill are cut off by the guide installed to the side of the grill and fall down to a bottom of the cowl top cover. The flange prevents water collected on the bottom of the cowl top cover from flowing into the plenum chamber.
