PURPOSE: A ladder shoe is provided to make a worker higher who has to do a manual work on an object located at a high place. CONSTITUTION: A wearing portion(10) surrounds a foot and has a neck extending from the top of the foot to a shin. Four supports(20) formed in pairs and crossing each other in an X shape support the wearing portion with respect to the ground, with their upper ends each being separably coupled to coupling grooves at both front and rear sides of the bottom(11) of the wearing portion. A binding mechanism(30) binds the two pairs of supports on their crossing points so that they cannot rotate relative to each other.
