PURPOSE: A three dimensional health machine is provided to give whole body exercise effects by vibrating human body and simultaneously twisting waist portion, to increase muscular strength without excessively diminishing physical strength, and to allow maximum calory consumption in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The three dimensional health machine includes a hollow housing(10) formed at an upper face with an opening and receiving a support member therein, a rotating member rotatably attached to the support member of the housing, a footrest(20) spaced from an inner edge of the opening, a vibrating member connected to the lower edge of the footrest and received in the housing so as to vibrate the footrest, a post member(50) vertically arranged on one face of the housing, and a control device(60) provided in an upper portion of the support member. The control device selectively controls the rotating member and the vibrating member so as to vibrate or rotate the footrest.
