PURPOSE: A system for managing room entrance is provided to understand the entrance status of a guest and the sales status of a room by integrating the door opening/closing information and the entrance time of the room through a management computer. CONSTITUTION: A room control unit(30) controls the opening/closing operation of an electronic door device(31) of each room, and modifies the information stored in the electronic door device(31) according to the control information from the management computer(10) through the central control device(20). The central control device(20) transmits the information of the room control unit(30) to the management computer(10) by communicating with each room control unit(30) in real time and transmits the control information of the management computer(10) to the electronic door device(31) through each room control unit(30). The management computer(10) senses the entrance status of the guest by storing the door opening/closing information and the opening/closing time of the entrance received from the central control device(20) in a database(11), generates the control information by a room management program, and modifies or deletes the information stored in the electronic door device(31).
