PURPOSE: An image forming device is provided to prevent a developing solution in a container from flowing out by improving airtightness in a coupling zone between an upper cover and a lower cover. CONSTITUTION: A case for receiving wasted developing solution contains a wasted developing solution removed by a collector of wasted developing solution. A lower cover(30), prepared in the case for the wasted developing solution, forms space for containing the wasted developing solution. An upper cover(40) closes an open hole formed on a side of the lower cover. A shilling part, prepared in a coupling zone between the upper cover and the lower cover, keeps airtightness in the space for containing the wasted developing solution in order to prevent the wasted developing solution from flowing out.
