PURPOSE: A tire vulcanizing device for the double outer heat source medium is provided to decrease vulcanizing time of the green tire, and to prevent lowering of physical properties of the side wall portion by separately heating and pressurizing the side wall from the tread of the green tire in curing. CONSTITUTION: A tire vulcanizing device is composed of a side die(20) contacted to a side wall of a green tire to receive heat from a steam hot plate(4), and a tread die(30) contacted to the tread portion of the green tire and connected to a heat source(10) separated from the steam hot plate. A chamber(40) is formed in the tread die to store steam, and connected to a steam supply source by a pipe. The tread die is partitioned in the middle of the green tire. The heat source of the tread die is regulated independently from the steam hot plate of the side die.
